I thought I’d put it out there and see what you thought…. what should the pub be called…?(polls) myself, cian and the cup… Last night Cian Delaney so very kindly dropped by my house with ‘the’ cup. This coming Sunday the 11th of Oct 2009 there will be a country fair, cake sale and boot fair at Ballyboughal National School grounds. Starting at 10am and running until 1pm so come along and support [...] One would think that for the Ballyboughal junior team that lifting the junior cup on Sunday last that it was their first time….. I got a knock on the door on Monday evening to tell me otherwise…. ….? and so in 1983 Cian Delaney got to lift the junior cup….. a little taller [...] At this stage if you don’t know what happened yesterday…. and you live in Ballyboughal If you live a little further afield I reckoned you may want a little taster of how the entire day actually went…..
