Well kinda, I’m delighted to see the hard hats are finally back to wrap up the re-building works on the village bridge. About time too, I think they started that back in Nov ’09 when it suddenly came to a halt. Reports on VillageFM suggested “Developement ceased due to the suspension of the Cnoc Dubh development. ” I’d say this VillageFM reporter was talking pants!
I’m just happy to see it finished. And like wise should the Cnoc Dubh developer be allowed to walk off and leave that site in its current state?
If this was any self builder Fingal Co Co would be crawling up your arse citing all kinds of shit and fines to make sure the job was oxo… double standards
