According to Irish Triathalon Cian Delaney is back from injury and back in the race winning form he showed this spring. He won this 5.2km run, 21.5km cycle, 5.2km Runthlon in 1h13mins, which was over 5mins ahead of Lloyd Berry (Belpark).
