Have you ever actually wondered where exactly does my email go after I click send?

After you click “Send” does it jump automagically jump form your computer to your friends computer? Has someone said they had send you an email and you never received it, so it must have took a wrong turn on super information highway.

You then end up checking you spam folder etc. ~~I’m sure~~ I know many people who actually checked their bin and under their computers in case it fell off!

Apple Still Undecided on Final iPhone 5 Design?

By most accounts, there are still well over four months between now and when Apple may unveil the next iPhone. With that time winding down, Apple’s going to have to make some final decisions about the phone’s hardware before it commits to manufacturing. According to the latest rumor, though, Apple’s still mulling-over a few design choices before it commits to a final layout, leaving some questions about the smartphone’s specs still up in the air.

Even with Apple still working through these final decisions, the next iPhone is still expected to launch in or around October.

Apple may have set the bar when it launched its smart phone. They still have the bigger market share for now but will it last? Outside its walled fortress companies like Samsung and RIM (Yes – Blackberry) are closing the gap fast. Google’s Android OS is its biggest competitor in the operating system stakes but I’m still not its biggest fan, its still clumpy where iOS is more fluid.

However, I have to admit more recently I’ve been drawn to look outside the Apple camp from a hardware perspective. Its the simple things were Apple fails and others win, for example: with all the might and power that the Samsung Galaxy range offers what appeals to me most is the interchangeable battery, its slightly larger display and stereo sound << I did say the simple things.

Then you have Blackberry…. I’d not until recently held a Blackberry for probably 9 years, I wasn’t missing anything. I simple wrote them off as a device a long time ago. I never seen them as cool or innovative, just utter shit. Having to pay for push/pull mail!!! OK granted it was back in 2003/4 but the damage was done. Fast forward till today, do I like em Nope! but if you look at every teenager out there they all want one, they are all chatting on BlackBerry® Messenger, (an instant messaging app) so it looks like they may become the most uncool cool thing to have (and by seeding) in a few years you may hear those young people saying I’ve used a Blackberry all my life!

Many people say Apple build and Samsung ~~follow~~ copy, this might appear to be true. Or maybe Samsung simply nudge Apple along by adding the latest and fastest chipsets to their own hardware that Apple have to innovate and if there is one thing we know they can do, its just that. The iPhone 5 might look like this…

Tamar was a daughter of King David. Her half-brother Amnon fancied her, and managed to lure her into his tent. David did nothing when he heard of the rape. Tamar’s brother Absalom revenged his sister by killing Amnon two years later. Absalom’s act was not purely revenge. By removing Amnon he himself came closer to becoming David’s successor.

The Honesty Bucket Returns

A short walk up the back lane of O’Connors pub on the left hand side there’s a wee little spot where you can pull in. Not a frequenter of that walking or driving route, what you will see is The Honesty Bucket.

There you will find some of the days freshest picked veg and fruit, depending on what’s available and often enough some vegetable plugs [young plants] should you be interested in a little bit of growing your own.

I mentioned it here last year. I think it’s absolutely brilliant and it is really great to see it back again.

Got an Apple iPhone 4s? Great! Now ask Suri: ‘best smart phone ever’ is…. wait for it…. yes you got it – Nokia’s Lumia 900 DOH!

Siri’s amusing recommendation is drawing comments from hosts of Nokia and Microsoft fans worldwide (yes, there are still many of them), which in itself is rather amusing. It’s kinda like watching people cheer because the magical mirror told the queen that Snow White is actually the fairest of them all.

Why so? It’s simply because Siri bases its answer to that particular question on results from Wolfram Alpha, which itself draws from users reviews Web-wide.
