there’s not much you can do these days for €30 and a really good night out. But, for the non-gambler or more a man who doesn’t mind the odd flutter for good cause, I went up to Gormleys pub in Garristown [Friday 26th Sept].
I’ve been to to three in three years and this years was no exception – I can’t play poker! *Battered*, would be a good description of how well i didn’t do! If you like cards [or horses, good food, good pint, good service and a bit of craic] – drop by Gormleys in Garristown. It so worthwhile and a great place to go.
The I.C.A. were having a poker, raffle night there and Stephanie made sure she sold an extra two tickets!! A good night was had by all. Well done ladies
