Most of you know Kevin Rowe…..? You don’t ? He plays with the 1st team for Ballyboughal GFC. More than that, he also helps out with the Under 10′s GAA team.
He recently did a half marathon and has just completed a [quote] mental forest treck last saturday…. where he finished 4th out of 120 plus people. Now that’s impressive.
Now, Kevin rocky Rowe is doing a 21k run on the 18th of July up Dublin mountains to try and raise some funds for the kids in the local Ballyboughal GFC club.
I took a look at the organisers website.
Have you got what it takes to compete in the Dublin Mountains Plod? This 21km (half marathon) run through the beautiful Dublin Mountains….
I looked at the photograph of Kevin [left] on his last run…. Then I looked at the video below 
Landscaping a garden is one type of physical exercise but this…. All I can say is well done Kevin my friend and all the best on the 18th.
